How to request review of automated listings on CheckThatCall.

Automated listings
CheckThatCall is a fully automated directory. Spam scores, summary paragraphs, and directory listings are generated from predefined community tags and search activity — not manually reviewed editorial content. Tags are user-submitted opinions, not verified facts or legal findings.
Who may submit a request
Phone number owners, authorized representatives, or individuals with a legitimate legal concern may contact us regarding a specific listing URL on https://www.checkthatcall.com.
Required information
Include in your email:
- The full URL of the listing (e.g. /phone/... page).
- The phone number in question.
- Your relationship to the number (owner, representative, etc.).
- The specific concern (e.g. incorrect association, legal order).
- Supporting documentation if applicable.
What we can do
- Review the listing against our Terms and Community Guidelines.
- Remove or adjust listings where required by applicable law.
- We cannot guarantee removal based solely on disagreement with community tags.
- We do not provide legal advice.
